Due to handmade work it is not possible to cancel your order you can only exchange if we will make any error in product. We do want all of our customers to have the best experience, so if you run into any issues or concerns, please do not hesitate to reach out to us.
How long you can exchange your product?
You can exchange your product within 5 days only. After that we will not be responsible for any error or damage in the product.
Who pays the cost for shipping the return?
If there is any error from our side then we will be the responsible for that and also for the shipping charge. But If any damage is caused by you due to any reason then you will be the only responsible for it.
